WESTROCK - IT INTERN

I worked at Westrock as an IT intern where I applied all my learnings from my undergrad in information technology. My responsibilities were to assist any client with computer related issues and resolve any tickets. Some projects I worked on was upgrading and imaging new computers to replace older computers, setting up a trailer with internet and computers for contractors, and teaching an onboarding class for new hires to access their emails and setup direct deposit with HR.

VMRC WORK STUDY

Jan 2019 - Mar 2020

This was a student work study offered at Veteran's and Military Resource Center at UWT. My duties were to assist any military associated students with utilizing their educational benefits, answer any questions regarding military, certify their courses so that the VA compensates them, and update records in our system every quarter.

AIRCREW FLIGHT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN

I was Active Duty in the United States Airforce and my AFSC was Aircrew Flight Equipment. My duties included repairing and inspecting equipment for over 150 pilots, training new airmen on tasks, and working with special programs like Hazcom.
